Refund Policy

Overview

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return.

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@tamnz.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send a return label (where available) and instructions.
  3. Re-pack the item carefully and ship it back.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be returned in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to reflect the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@tamnz.com.
